Rate is for 1-2 guests.
Additional guests $10.00 per person per night.
4 guests maximum

Rates subject to Hawaii State taxes of 13.41%

Terms and Conditions:

  • No refunds unless we can rebook your rental dates.
  • $25 service fee on refunds. Travel Insurance is advised.
  • Full rental payment is due 45 days before arrival.
  • Three day deposit to confirm reservations -- reservations automatically cancelled if deposit is not received within 10 days.
  • No daily maid service included. Condo is cleaned before arrival and supplied with linens and towels.
  • Minimum stay is 5 days. Less than 5 days subject to maid cleaning charge.
  • Special rates for stays 15 days or longer.
  • Personal or cashiers checks accepted. No credit cards.
  • Key will be mailed when final payment is received.
